Doing some housekeeping around the blog and decided I do, in fact, want most of my stuff on said blog. So I’m moving my visual poetry back here. They were originally posted on the blog but in 2021, I moved most to my Ko-fi with plans of posting exclusive stuff. But I’ve discovered many things about my creative self over the years and one of those revelations is that I’m not built for the hustle other writers are capable of. Kudos to y’all! But my blog is as much of a space of personal enrichment as it is for sharing things others might find a little interesting. I think that’s better than sending folks all over the internet to platforms I’m not even active on regularly.
There’s only seven to shuffle around but I’m still fond of them as some of the first poetry I actively shared online with the intention of other people seeing it.
The other poetry I have so far is tied up in a bigger project I’m slowly working on so I can’t share any of it yet. The excitement is still there whenever I think about it, which can only mean good things about my mindset regarding it. Truly, if I wasn’t working on other things I’d dedicate more time to it.
Anyway! All this to say –
1.) that you can take a gander at the “Visual Poetry” tab under “Works.” Maybe I can sneak a few new ones in before the year is over.
2.) In the meantime, I’ll be doing more cleaning each month so if things get moved around, it’s because I found time in my writing schedule to do so.
3.) My ko-fi page will serve as a tip jar of sorts for those feeling generous with their hard earn money.
